At an SGX Academy public education seminar attended by over 100 members of The Central Depository and the private markets industry, CapBridge Group shared about how growth companies are tapping on private capital, and how a private securities exchange like 1X helps growth companies enhance capital flow while giving investors access to a brand new class of “tradeable private equities” – an increasingly popular addition to the individual accredited investor’s asset portfolio.

Fund manager Aggregate Asset Management, facilities management expert ST Integrated Engineering, and e-commerce solutions provider Shopmatic all took the stage to share with participants their insights on private markets, tradeable private equities on private securities exchanges like 1exchange, and how their businesses intend to benefit from them.
