I hope this finds you and your loved ones healthy and well. The global COVID-19 pandemic, which has significantly impacted communities, workforce, and businesses around the world, is unfortunately expected to persist.
Our exchange and all related functionalities continue to be available for use
Since the COVID-19 situation unfolded in Singapore earlier this year, 1exchange has put in place processes to ensure that the exchange continues to function without disruption.
As a digital securities exchange built on the blockchain, we remain fully functional, secure, and accessible to all investors. All trading functionalities, payment processes, and other related exchange functionalities continue to be available for our investors. In addition, our partners that support payments, trust and escrow activities are all fully equipped to assist investors who are trading throughout this period.

To ensure the safety of our employees and the continuity of essential exchange services, we have taken appropriate actions since the onset of the pandemic. We have implemented a work-from-home system for non-essential staff, converted physical meetings to virtual ones where appropriate, and taken steps to enforce safe distancing among staff in order to mitigate infection risks.
We also regularly inspect and test our exchange infrastructure to ensure its continued robustness and security. The 1exchange office is also screening visitors and we have increased the frequency of area cleaning. Together with our partners, we remain committed to your investment and trading needs throughout this challenging period.
