Experts Agree That Private Exchanges Are The New Way To Raise Capital

Panellists at the Global Investor Summit held during the Singapore FinTech Festival agree that firms can look to private exchanges as a way to prepare for an eventual listing. The experts who come from both private and public spheres discussed some of the benefits, such as liquidity for early stakeholders, allowing firms to ‘rehearse’ being a public company, and having valuation benchmarks prior to an IPO.
